Do I need to register before placing an order?
You do not need to register before placing an order. But we do recommend to our customers to do it, so the next time you will save time for future purchases. Our registration process is fast and free.

When will my order arrive?
We usually ship orders within 48 hours after payment confirm. Then allow us about 15-30 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you restock items that are sold out?
Fortunately, we do restock most of our items. You may contact us to check availability.

Why was my order cancelled?
If your order has been canceled, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method.

What kind of shipping options do you offer?
Yalo Store offers standard worldwide delivery.

How many days do I have to make a return?
If you want to return an item, you must do so within 15 days of receiving it.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
It is a completely free service, you must return the package to the address that has been designated for you. This service is only valid ONE time per order. Other return requests can still enjoy the return service, but you will need to cover the return shipping cost. Please, consider returning the products together to avoid paying extra shipping costs.

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
Please, allow us 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
